Shipping
At check-out you can opt to pick up your order at the Roastery or at Cuppa Coffee and More. You will recieve a notification via email or text (usually 2-4 business days after ordering) letting you know your order is now availble for pick-up.
If you are picking up at the roastery (4261 Sunset Lane, Shingle Springs) you will recieve an email with your locker letter and combo. The roastery lockers are located to the left of the front door. Please pick up within a few days to make sure your coffee stays fresh, and the locker is ready for the next order. Re-lock the locker after picking up. All the info will be emailed to you as well.
If you are picking up at Cuppa Coffee & More, please either print out your order confirmation or have it available on your phone. The employee's at the shop will verify the invoice and grab your order.
We now are able to offer pick-up for coffee subscriptions. Coffee can be picked up, once notified that your coffee is ready. Please check Pick-Up FAQ for information on picking up at the Roastery or Cuppa Coffee & More.
Yes! Orders over $60 quailify for free shipping with code SHIP. *free shipping cannot be combined with other discounts of promos.
Orders over $60 regular pricing are eligable for free shipping. However, subscription orders, both pre paid and monthly, are not eligible for a double discount. Due to the subscription discount, we cannot offer free shipping.

Sourcing
We source our beans from small (usually woman owned) farms and co-ops. We pay a premium on the beans to help insure the farmers are being paid top dollar, and also to provide funds to the communities to help rebuild critical infrastructure. Our beans are organic fair trade or directly sourced. We try to keep middlemen to a minimum.
Subscriptions
To gift coffee, you can choose a pre paid subscription plan. pre paid subscription plans auto renew after the set time. Simply cancel the subscription before the next auto charge.
There are two different types of subscriptions, prepay and the monthly. The prepay is just that, you prepay for one bag a month for 3, 6, or 12 months (unfortunately I can only make the system do one bag for this type). The monthly subscription allows for a bit more flexibility and customizing. You can select how many bags a month you'd like and you can choose your coffee from there. You're able to mix and match, change your order, and pause your subscription at any time through your login. Once your order processes, both prepay and monthly, then your coffee is ready for pick-up typically 2-3 business days after processing. Once the order is at the market for pick-up you will receive an email notifying you it is ready, or you will recieve an email with your tracking information if you choose to ship.
